Firmware: 1.1.4

OS: Windows XP

3.1.3 downgrade to 3.1.2

I did the update to 3.1.3 on my jailbroken phone before i saw the Dev Teams warning. So far it seems to be working fine but my jailbreak is gone and so are my Cydia apps. Does anyone know how to backtrack from 3.1.3 back to 3.1.2?
